Security and privacy

We only accept online orders and do not take phone, fax or e-mail requests. Your financial security is our number one priority and we work hard to ensure your personal information is kept secure and never shared with any third parties.

Online Security

We use only the highest levels of encryption to make sure your personal and financial details are as safe as possible. If you choose to become a registered Cassabo member, all information (name, address, and email address) is kept behind a state-of-the-art firewall.

Online Privacy

This Privacy Policy Statement sets forth the privacy policy pertaining to Cassabocases.com. By using this site, you are agreeing to the terms described in this Privacy Policy Statement. For other terms and conditions that apply to your use of this site, please review our Legal Statement.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy Statement, Personal Information means any information by which you can be personally identified and includes your name, address, telephone number and email address. Cassabo collects Personal Information only when you voluntarily submit such Personal Information to us, for example when placing a product order through this site or when you become a registered Cassabo member.

Cassabo does not collect personal information from any person under the age of 13. If you are 13 or under you must provide parental contact information; failure to do so will mean any orders attempted will be null and void. Cassabo implements a variety of security measures to ensure the safety of personal information.

It's Cassabo's policy to treat all Personal Information as confidential. Customer information is accessed only by a limited number of employees who have special access rights to our CRM systems.

Our web servers recognise the domain names or access providers of all visitors, as well as email addresses. Regardless of the purpose for which it is submitted, it is Cassabo's policy to treat all Personal Information as confidential, and to only use Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • For the specific purpose for which it was volunteered, for example to purchase a product, to enter a competition or to comment on our products or sit
  • To improve the content, appearance and utility of this site
  • To track our visitors' use of the site for internal market research or other business purposes
  • To notify our visitors of site updates

Cassabo reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy Statement at any time. Visitors are advised to check this page regularly for changes to our policies. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy Statement will mean that you accept those changes.

Cassabo Warranty

Cassabo products are made to the highest standards to ensure complete satisfaction. Our warranty ensures that our products will remain free from defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the purchase.

Under no circumstances will the warranty apply after this time. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from product misuse or neglect, alterations or unauthorized product repairs.

Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased. This guarantee will begin from the date the product is received and will only apply to the product originally purchased.

To take advantage of this warranty offer you should contact Cassabo Customer Care Department in the first instance. For more details email info@cassabo.com. You must supply a valid order number and invoice in order to apply for a Cassabo product warranty.

Returns and Exchanges

Once an order is placed any requests to change or cancel that order must be made within 24 hours. Once this time has elapsed the order will be processed and sent for manufacture. As soon work begins on the item it belongs exclusively to the person who placed the order. We cannot accept any return or exchange once a custom product has been manufactured.

We advise that all customers thoroughly check our site prior to order for detailed product descriptions. They should also check their order confirmation email. Please feel free to contact our Custom Care Department at info@cassabo.com if you any questions before placing an order. We try to respond to all customer queries promptly and will help you find the product that meets your needs exactly.

Custom orders cancellations or changes

We process orders for customised products 24 hours after the order is placed. Cancellations for full refunds or changes are only possible within that 24-hour period.

Custom orders returns

Custom cases cannot be returned or exchanged. Only under exceptional circumstances might we consider a custom case return and refund.

Such circumstances may include flaws in material or manufacture or product malfunction. In such situations, the customer may be required to send a picture of the fault to be analysed by the Cassabo Product Department, who will approve and process the corresponding RMA.

Stock cases returns

Cassabo stock merchandise can be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date, providing it’s in brand new condition and in its original packaging. The customer is not entitled to a refund if more than 30 days have elapsed since the shipping date.

Only the original merchandise cost is refundable, both initial and return shipping charges should be paid by the customer. If you need to return your Cassabo product, please send an email to info@cassabo.com, quoting your order number and reason for return. Once the request has been processed, you will receive an RMA with return instructions. We reserve the right to limit returns.

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase. We are not able to process exchanges for Cassabo products. To exchange a case for a different one, you must hold an RMA for the existing order and place a new order online.

This will be handled as a standard transaction. The refund for the returned case will be issued once it has been received and checked by our Return Department.
